System Monitoring

Although performance testing will allow you to understand at which loads various parts of your application fail to respond as desired, unless you also understand the cause of such failures the information is not of much use.

StressTester™’s resource monitoring capabilities allows you to configure StressTester™ to monitor all aspects of your application’s system during a performance test so that the cause of poor response times or system errors can quickly be identified.  StressTester™ will monitor all aspect of your system’s operating systems, web servers, application servers, .NET, JVM, database servers and much more.

Results of system monitors are available real-time and can be correlated in the StressTester™ GUI with the application’s response times. See Analyzing Results for details on how to analyze the results of system monitors.
