Many systems that go through a full performance test (which then confirms the system’s performance and scalability is acceptable) subsequently fail when given to the real-world users.

 

The cause is quite obvious: the performance tests executed did not simulate correctly how the real-world users accessed the system.

 

This course will educate attendees on how to plan, execute and analyze performance tests to ensure that they correctly simulate real-world usage, and avoid the problem of a system ‘signed off’ by testers, subsequently failing when released to real users.
