The tool we are most famous for is StressTester™ - our enterprise-level performance testing tool which we use in all our performance testing engagements. StressTester™ requires "zero scripting", has a unique, powerful and fully customisable analysis engine and is licensed in such a manner that means a site license for StressTester™ often costs less than the annual support and maintenance cost of the industry leader.

Our LoadMonitor™ tool is used within our Load Analysis service and provides the answers to the questions:

• What transactions are the users performing in the production environment?
• What data are they supplying to the servers?
• How many users are performing each transaction at a time?
• What response time is the system delivering?

With the answers to these questions it is possible to execute performance tests that are an exact replica of the load being placed on the production environment.

Once applications are in the production environment, Sentinel allows organisations to understand the performance being experienced by their users no matter where they are located in the World. Sentinel incorporates the same powerful analysis engine as StressTester™ so that users of the tool can represent the results in the format they require. When performance problems occurs Sentinel allows the user to understand where the problem is and why it is occurring – hence significantly reducing the support effort to handle such problems.
