This led to a focus on Enterprise Performance following successful projects in this domain for clients including BP and Barclays.

We have now gained worldwide recognition for our Enterprise Java performance and scalability services and are now extending this into .Net.

• Graham Parsons - CEO
  Graham is a founder of Reflective Solutions with vast experience of the IT industry. In his role as chief executive officer he is directly responsible for business strategy and growth and has played a key role in the success of the company to date. Graham has a wealth of experience in IT project management and architecture gained from over 17 years in IT consultancy. Graham has an Honours degree in Computer Studies.
  
  
• Rob Wirszycz - Chairman
  Rob Wirszycz brings a variety of experiences to the role, having been a serial software and services marketer and entrepreneur for over 20 years. During this time Rob has been notably marketing director for EDS and Director General of the IT industry trade association, CSSA, as well as CEO of two publicly quoted companies. Rob helps the management team with strategic direction, organisational development, and marketing. He has an MBA and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
  
  
• Paul Spratley - COO
  Paul is a business operations specialist. In the last 12 years, Paul has worked exclusively in the IT industry with international consultancies such as American Management Systems Inc and Valtech Ltd. At Valtech, Paul led the Operations team, supporting the rapid growth of the business. Now at Reflective Solutions, Paul is responsible for delivering a high performance quality driven organisation. He holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London.
