In 2003, in response to requests from our clients, we started to explore methods of reducing the cost to deliver client solutions whilst still maintaining the high standards of quality for which we are known.

This led to the formation of Reflective Solutions Bulgaria in 2004 – a replica of our London Application Development Centre - situated in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital.

Using our Onshore-Offshore Process, Reflective Solutions Bulgaria has successfully participated in the delivery of client solutions for clients in the UK and mainland Europe.

We decided on Bulgaria following significant research into the optimal place for our offshore development capability. Key among our requirements was an ability to provide the same quality of deliverables as our UK operation at a lower cost, with the best combination of distance, time zones, language and culture.

Bulgaria, with its close proximity to the UK, similar culture, deep resource pool of quality developers and excellent English skills was an ideal choice for locating Reflective Solutions’ off-shore capabilities.
